Group Classes

From first-timers to advanced movers, our Reformer Pilates group classes are designed to help you build strength, control, and confidence—one class at a time. Choose the level that suits your experience, and progress at your own pace with the support of expert instructors in an intimate, small-group setting.

Important Policies

  • Grip socks are mandatory.

  • Arrive on time. For safety, late arrivals (more than 5 minutes late) will not be permitted.

  • Injuries or conditions? Please notify the instructor before class. A private session and medical clearance may be required.

  • Cancellation Policy: Cancel at least 24 hours in advance to avoid a $15 late cancel fee or forfeiture of your class credit.

Private Sessions

Our private sessions offer a personalized approach tailored to your unique body and goals. Whether you're recovering from an injury or seeking performance-focused training, this is the safest and most effective way to deepen your Pilates journey.

Open to all clients, including: 

  • Those with injuries or chronic conditions​

  • Pre/postnatal clients

  • Clients undergoing rehab after surgery

  • Beginners who prefer a one-on-one introduction

  • Anyone wanting to refine and perfect their movement

Semi-Private Sessions

Small group classes limited to 2-4 clients, providing more personalized attention than regular group classes. Ideal for those who want focused coaching on technique and form, but also enjoy the motivation and energy of a small group.

Recommended for clients who: 

  • Want to progress faster than in large group classes

  • Have some Pilates experience and want more individualized corrections

  • Prefer a more intimate class environment 

Private Events & Workshops

Host a unique and engaging Pilates experience for your group! Our customized Pilates events are perfect for: ​

  • Corporate team building and wellness days

  • Birthday parties and celebrations

  • Bridal showers and bachelorette gatherings 

  • Special interest workshops (ex. pilates for runners, pre/postnatal pilates, stress relief)​

We offer tailored sessions designed to suit your group's fitness levels and goals, promoting connection, relaxation, and fun in a supportive environment.
