Owen is a personal trainer who is studying physiotherapy in university. He has always been into high-level athletics, as he was a skiing instructor for 2 years. With 6 years of experience in a gym setting, he specializes in building muscle mass an d losing fat. Owen believes that keeping the body healthy in a balanced manner is essential to good progress in any client’s goals. Owen has extensive anatomical and physiological knowledge to make sure that the client progresses efficiently and safely. He also offers tips for injury prevention and rehabilitation. People of all fitness levels are in good hands with Owen.
