Class Types
Hot Mat Pilates
A body-conditioning workout that focuses on core strength, flexibility, and overall body alignment. Through a series of precise and controlled movements performed on a mat, you will strengthen your muscles, improve your posture, and develop a balanced and toned physique. By engaging your core and aligning your body, you will improve your stability, support your spine, and enhance your overall functional strength.
Hot Barre
You will be guided through a series of high-energy exercises that target your arms, legs, glutes, and core. Using the ballet barre as a support, you'll engage your muscles in isometric contractions and dynamic movements to build strength, improve flexibility, and enhance overall body tone. This class combines the grace and elegance of classical ballet with the intensity and effectiveness of a total-body workout.
Yin Yoga
Our Hot Yin Yoga class combines the deeply restorative practice of Yin Yoga with the warmth of a heated room (26-36°C) to help you release tension, improve flexibility, and cultivate deep relaxation. In Yin Yoga, postures are held for extended periods—typically 3-5 minutes or longer—allowing you to soften into the stretch and access deeper layers of flexibility and mindfulness. The heat supports this process by increasing blood flow and allowing muscles and connective tissues to release more easily. You'll focus on longer-held, passive poses that encourage stillness and a deep sense of calm.

Yoga Flow
Our Hot Yoga Flow class offers a dynamic and energizing experience, blending the heat of a hot yoga room (26–36°C) with a fluid sequence of postures designed to increase strength, flexibility, and balance. The class begins with a grounding warm-up to connect you with your breath and center your focus. From there, you’ll flow through a series of sun salutations, standing poses, and balancing postures, all linked by smooth, mindful transitions. As you move with your breath, you'll build internal heat, detoxify the body through sweat, and deepen your mind-body connection.
Hot Core
Hot Core is a fast-paced class in our hot studio focused on building deep core strength, upper-body stability, and lower-body mobility and flexibility. Inspired by traditional ab work, Pilates, yoga, and mobility training, this class blends: Deep & superficial core activation (not just your “six-pack”), resistance work for the upper body to support posture and strength. The warmth of the hot studio adds an extra layer of intensity, helping your muscles relax and lengthen while challenging both body and mind.
