Hot Mat Pilates

A core-focused Pilates workout performed on the mat in a heated room. This class emphasizes control, stability, and deep muscle activation through precise and intentional movement. An effective way to strengthen your core and improve balance and alignment.

Hot Barre 

A dynamic full-body workout inspired by ballet, Pilates, and strength training. Performed in a heated room, this class uses small, controlled movements to sculpt and strengthen the body. You’ll build endurance, flexibility, and muscle tone while improving posture and balance.

Hot Yin Yoga 

A slow and restorative practice focused on long-held poses that target deep connective tissues and joints. The calm pace and gentle heat allow the body to release tension and restore mobility.

Hot Core

A focused core workout performed in a heated room. In just 45 minutes, this express class targets the abs, obliques, and deep stabilizing muscles through controlled and challenging exercises. Perfect for building a stronger core, improving posture, and supporting overall performance.

Hot Stretch & Recovery 

A restorative class designed to release tension, improve flexibility, and support recovery. This session combines deep stretching, mobility work, and mindful movement in a heated room. You’ll leave feeling relaxed, refreshed, and restored.
