Circuit Studio

Combining the best elements of cardio, strength training, and functional movements into a fast-paced and dynamic workout. Led by our motivating and knowledgeable instructors, our circuit classes will challenge you as you power through a series of intense exercises. By alternating between intense bursts of activity and short recovery periods, you'll ignite your metabolism and experience the legendary "afterburn effect".

BCUT

B-CUT combines the best elements of cardio, strength training, and functional movements into a fast-paced and dynamic workout. Led by our motivating and knowledgeable instructors, this class will challenge and inspire you as you power through a series of intense exercises.

B52 Bootcamp

This is a full body strength training class that targets every major muscle group in a challenging and comprehensive circuit format. By utilizing a variety of functional exercises, resistance equipment, and bodyweight movements, you'll engage multiple muscle groups and work towards achieving incredible benefits.

Strength & Conditionning

This high-energy class blends weight training with circuit-style exercises to build full-body strength and power. You’ll challenge major muscle groups using free weights, resistance bands, and bodyweight movements. Each circuit is designed to improve strength, endurance, and overall athletic performance in a time-efficient format. Perfect for all fitness levels, this class keeps workouts exciting, effective, and constantly evolving.
