B52 Bootcamp

Abs & Glutes
During each session, you'll experience a carefully curated mix of booty-building moves and ab-sculpting exercises. From hip thrusts and squats to plank variations and oblique crunches, every movement is chosen to challenge and strengthen specific muscle groups, giving you a comprehensive lower body and core workout.
Sculpt & Sweat
A high-energy circuit class designed to build strength, burn calories, and improve endurance. This class combines targeted strength exercises with dynamic cardio bursts, helping you sculpt lean muscle and boost your fitness in every session. Punch & Sculpt
This class combines the fast-paced movements of boxing with heart-pumping cardio exercises, making it the perfect way to boost your endurance, burn calories, and tone muscles. Whether you're a beginner or experienced, this class will have you throwing jabs, crosses, and hooks while focusing on footwork, coordination, and technique. You'll work through a series of dynamic drills and intervals, using punching bags, pads, and your own body weight to keep things fresh and challenging.
