Reformer Pilates Classes

Using state of the art specialized equipment, our experienced instructors will guide you through a series of exercises that target every muscle group, focusing on controlled and precise movements. The Reformer, with its springs and sliding carriage, adds resistance and assists in developing core strength, stability, and muscular endurance.

Class Types 

Reformer Beginner (Level 1)

Designed for beginners with some prior Reformer experience. Focuses on foundational technique, alignment, and controlled movement. You'll build body awareness and confidence in a small group setting. Individuals looking for a low-impact exercise method that emphasizes core strength and flexibility.

*Not suitable for first-time Reformer clients without prior experience. Please book a private class if you have never been on a machine before.

Reformer Pilates (Level 1.5)

Step up your Pilates practice with more dynamic movement sequences, moderate spring variations, and balance challenges. This class helps you transition safely and progressively from beginner to intermediate levels. If you're new to the Reformer, this class isn’t the right starting point. We strongly recommend beginning with a private session class to help you get familiar with the equipment and receive the guidance you need.

Reformer Sculpt (Level 1.5)

Reformer Sculpt is a controlled, targeted work to build strength and create balanced muscle tone. Focus: full-body strength + toning

For students ready to progress beyond the basics, with more dynamic movement sequences, moderate spring variations, and increased coordination challenges. Recommended: 10+ Level 1 classes and/or instructor approval.

Reformer Jumpboard (Level 2)

Elevate your Reformer workout with this high-energy, low-impact cardio class using the Jumpboard. You'll build stamina and strengthen your legs, glutes, and core through athletic sequencing and explosive movement control. If you're new to the Reformer, this class isn’t the right starting point. We strongly recommend beginning with a private session or a fundamentals class to help you get familiar with the equipment and receive the guidance you need.

Reformer Advanced (Level 2) 

Take your practice to the next level with sophisticated movement combinations designed for seasoned Reformer users. This advanced class features faster-paced flows, high coordination challenges, and integrated strength work. You’ll move continuously with precision, power, and control for a full-body sculpting experience. If you’re new to the Reformer, this class is not the right starting point. We strongly recommend booking a private session with us to learn the equipment safely and build confidence. From there, you can progress gradually into our Intermediate 1.5 class before advancing to this level.

Cancellation Policy: If you’re unable to attend a class you’ve signed up for, please cancel at least 24 hours in advance. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the class will incur a $15 fee or your class will be forfeited. To avoid disruptions, late arrivals (more than 5 minutes after class begins) may not be permitted to join.​

Medical: Clients with chronic pain, injuries, or medical conditions should inform the instructor prior to class. A private session and doctor’s clearance may be required for your safety.
