Reformer Pilates Classes

Using state of the art specialized equipment, our experienced instructors will guide you through a series of exercises that target every muscle group, focusing on controlled and precise movements. The Reformer, with its springs and sliding carriage, adds resistance and assists in developing core strength, stability, and muscular endurance.

Class Types 

Reformer Fundamentals

Perfect for first-timers, this class introduces you to the Reformer machine, spring settings, and fundamental Pilates principles. You'll build body awareness and confidence in a small group setting. Individuals looking for a low-impact exercise method that emphasizes core strength and flexibility.

*​Prerequisite*  None 

Reformer Pilates (Level 1)

This class is designed for those who mastered the basics and want to take it to the next level. This foundational class focuses on full-body movement, core engagement, and alignment. You'll develop technique, control, and mobility while continuing to build strength and confidence on the Reformer —Ideal for those still fairly new to Pilates or returning after a break.

*Prerequisite*  10 Fundamental classes or prior Reformer experience

Reformer Pilates (Level 1.5)

Step up your Pilates practice with more dynamic movement sequences, moderate spring variations, and balance challenges. This class helps you transition safely and progressively from beginner to intermediate levels.
*Prerequisite*  10+ Level 1 classes and/or instructor approval

Reformer Pilates (Level 2)

This advanced class features faster-paced flows on the Reformer, with high coordination challenges, and integrated strength work. You'll move continuously with precision, power, and control for a full-body sculpting experience.

*Prerequisite*  20+ Reformer classes. Advanced Reformer technic, consistent practice, and injury-free movement

Jumpboard Reformer (Cardio & Core) – Level 2

Elevate your Reformer workout with this high-energy, low-impact cardio class using the Jumpboard. You'll build stamina and strengthen your legs, glutes, and core through athletic sequencing and explosive movement control.
*Prerequisite* Prior Level 1.5 or Level 2 experience

Cancellation Policy: If you’re unable to attend a class you’ve signed up for, please cancel at least 24 hours in advance. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the class will incur a $15 fee or your class will be forfeited. To avoid disruptions, late arrivals (more than 5 minutes after class begins) may not be permitted to join.

Medical: Clients with chronic pain, injuries, or medical conditions should inform the instructor prior to class. A private session and doctor’s clearance may be required for your safety. *
