
Group Classes
From first-timers to advanced movers, our Reformer Pilates group classes are designed to help you build strength, control, and confidence—one class at a time. Choose the level that suits your experience, and progress at your own pace with the support of expert instructors in an intimate, small-group setting.

Important Policies

Grip socks are mandatory.

Arrive on time. For safety, late arrivals (more than 5 minutes late) will not be permitted.

Injuries or conditions? Please notify the instructor before class. A private session and medical clearance may be required.

Cancellation Policy: Cancel at least 24 hours in advance to avoid a $15 late cancel fee or forfeiture of your class credit.
Private Sessions
Our private sessions offer a personalized approach tailored to your unique body and goals. Whether you're recovering from an injury or seeking performance-focused training, this is the safest and most effective way to deepen your Pilates journey.

Semi-Private Sessions
Small group classes limited to 2-4 clients, providing more personalized attention than regular group classes. Ideal for those who want focused coaching on technique and form, but also enjoy the motivation and energy of a small group.

Have some Pilates experience and want more individualized corrections
